Required Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent (required)
• Previous experience as a caregiver, CNA, or home health aide (preferred)
• Ability to assist with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, toileting, and mobility
• Knowledge of basic caregiving and personal hygiene standards
• Compassionate, patient, and dependable personality
• Ability to follow care plans and take direction from family or healthcare professionals
• Physically able to lift, transfer, and assist clients as needed
• Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license (if travel is required)
• Clean background check and references
